The nation's second-largest mutual fund company, the Vanguard Group, has announced that William McNabb will be the company's next President and CEO. McNabb has been with Vanguard for 22 years starting with the company when he was 28. He will official start his duties as the top man at the fund on March 1, 2008, succeeding John Brennan.
