Waymond Anderson
Convicted murderer Waymond Anderson was once a popular R&B singer performing under the nickname "Suavé." He was arrested in 1993 for a setting fire to a home near the USC campus in Los Angeles, killing the resident over an apparent drug deal gone sour. He later implicated an LAPD officer in the never-solved 1997 murder of rap superstar Notorious B.I.G.. In September, 2007, he recanted this testimony, claiming it was part of a "scam" to extort money from the city of Los Angeles.
