W Trailer
The teaser trailer for W, the Oliver Stone biopic of George W. Bush, was released on September 26, 2008. The trailer, set to the Talking Heads' song "Once in a Lifetime", shows George W Bush's path to the White House in flashes from his past. The clips also highlights the players in Bush's rise to power, including Karl Rove, Laura Bush Donald Rumsfeld and Condoleezza Rice. The trailer ends with Bush sitting on a chair in the white house screaming.1
A previous tailer was released in July of 2008 on the internet. The trailer opens with clips of Bush (Josh Brolin) dancing on a bar, drinking at a party and getting a lecture about his behavior from his father, George H. W. Bush (James Cromwell). The senior Bush asks him, "What do you think you are, a Kennedy? You're a Bush -- act like one!"2
