Veronica Mars
Veronica Mars is a teen-themed crime drama that first aired in 2004 on the UPN Network, but went over to CW Network after UPN went off the air. The show was cancelled at the end of its third season, and last aired in 2007. It starred Kristen Bell as Veronica Mars, a student who moonlighted as a private investigator. The show juggled investigative exploits with Mars' school-life in both high school and college. The shows writing and characters were often compared to Joss Whedon's TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
