Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 pounds veal, cubed
• 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
• 1 eight ounce can tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup white wine
• salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Veal Stew

1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and onions and cook for four to five minutes or until the onions are tender.
3. Add the cubed veal and cook, stirring frequently until the meat is browned.
4. Add the carrots, tomato sauce, wine, salt and pepper and bring the mixture to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for one and a half hours, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve and enjoy!
