Uriel Perez Palacios

Uriel Perez Palacios allegedly caused a chain car accident that led to the death of two people and the injury of at least three in Dallas, Texas, on September 1, 2008. According to local reports, a deputy pulled Palacios over, suspecting that he was driving while intoxicated. As the officer approached the car, Palacios drove away, racing through a red light, hitting several vehicles on his way and landing on an SUV. Erica and German Clouet, a newlywed couple who were inside the SUV, were killed as a result. ¹
