Twilight Series

The Twilight Series is a collection of young adult novels by author Stephenie Meyer that explore budding love between a young vampire and a human girl in the rainy town of Forks, Washington. The fourth book in the series, Breaking Dawn was released on August 2, 2008, where it sold over 1.3 million copies in one day.¹ Speculation has begun that a fifth Twilight book is in the works, after Meyer mentioned she is working on a book called Midnight Sun which tells the Twilight story from Edward Cullen's point of view.² A feature film based on the first Twilight book is also on the way; Twilight, the movie, is set to be released on December 12, 2008.³
