Each category of weapon has its own bonuses:
- - 1-handed weapons will earn a bonus chance to cause a critical strike.
- - 2-handed weapons will cause high damage and increased chances for status effects.
- - Dual-wielding causes rapid strikes and damage, but can only be used by Berserkers.
- - A hammer and shield will allow for shield bashes and give a 40 percent bonus to armor, but only Defenders can do this.
- - Pistols are the ranged weapons a player can dual-wield, and they offer a short range with a quick shot and reload time.
- - Rifles are the medium-ranged weapons, and they have secondary grenade fire.
- - Canons are heavy weaponry that can only be used by players who've completely committed to Aesir's Cybernetic augmentations.1
