Valkyrie for damages while working on the set. Cruise starred in and produced the upcoming movie about a plot to assassinate
Adolf Hitler. The extras are also suing the production company
United Artists.

The extras say they suffered from broken bones, cuts and bruises on August 19, 2007, when the side panel of a truck used in filming broke and they fell out. The extras were taken to the hospital and 11 of them were discharged the same day, while one was hospitalized for four days, according to the lawsuit.2
