Tom Bloom
Tom Bloom was appointed Chief Financial Officer in the Office of Financial Stability to oversee the implementation of Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008. Bloom previously served in the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). Bloom will report to Neel Kashkari during his service.1
During his career, Bloom served in various public posts, contributing to government departments and agencies, and managed billions of dollars in public funds.2
