Thomas Tinsley
Air Force Brig. Gen. Thomas Tinsley served as Commander, 3rd Wing, at the Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. He became wing commander in May 2007.1
On July 27, 2008 Tinsley died at his home from a single gunshot wound.2
