The Sanctum Wards WoW

Guide Note: The Sanctum Wards is a new quest included in the World of Warcraft 2.4 Patch that was released on March 25, 2008. This quest was part of the Shattered Sun Offensive Faction.

You'll need to get this quest from an NPC named Captain Theris Dawnhearth, a male blood elf, who is located at the Shattered Sun Staging Area in Sunwell Isle.

Captain Theris Dawnhearth asks you to get four Mana Remnants in which you must defeat Wretched Fiends and Wrethed Devlourers in order to gain the requested items. Once you gather the four needed items and in order to complete the quest, you must find your way to the Sun's Reach Sanctum and energize the red crystals on the outside of the Sanctum.

1. Phase 1 of the Shattered Sun Offensive
2. Quest: The Sanctum Wards
3. Location: At the Shattered Sun Staging Area in Sunwell Isle
4. Quest from Captain Theris Dawnhearth
5. Gain four Mana Remnants from Wretched Fiends and Wrethed Devlourers once you defeat them
6. Get to the Sun's Reach Sanctum and energize the crystal ward
7. Level: 70+
8. This quest is repeatable

The Sanctum Wards Rewards:

1. Reward: 3 Gold/40 Silver
2. Experience: 5 Gold/70 Silver
3. Reputation: +150
