Guide Note

The Mentalist, a detective story, that focuses around the main character, Patrick Jane played by Simon Baker, who works with the California Bureau of Investigation solving crimes. Baker's character is someone who is called a mentalist, which is defined as someone with the ability to foretell the future, or see distant or hidden objects, his primary motivation comes from his family having been murdered by serial killer Red John, who is still on the loose somewhere.
