The Jungle Book 2

The Jungle Book 2 is an animated sequel to Disney's 1967 film, The Jungle Book. Starring John Goodman, Haley Joel Osment, and Phil Collins, the film is not based on Rudyard Kipling's Jungle Book sequel, The Second Jungle Book, but does feature many of its characters.

Plot Summary

The Jungle Book 2 finds Mowgli living in the man village with an adopted family, where he feels out of place and longs for his previous carefree jungle life. Reunited with his old friend, Baloo the bear, Mowgli escapes to the jungle, unaware that his new human friends have followed him. His old enemies surface to seek their revenge on Mowgli, and he is forced to make a decision between the jungle and his new village life.
