The Homicide Report

The Homicide Report is a blog that publishes every documented murder that occurs in the Los Angeles area. It was created in January, 2007 by Los Angeles Times reporter, Jill Leovy. The blog's primary purpose is to fairly report all homicides. It also seeks to communicate the victims' personal stories in addition to the statistics.
