Synopsis

In the season four premier of The Hills, tensions between roommates Audrina and Lo are at an all-time high. Lauren begins dating an old friend named Doug, and Heidi is forced to deal with the repercussions of leaving her bosses in Las Vegas.

Also in the episode, Spencer is upset over his sister's continuing friendship with Lauren and threatens to leave Heidi, again, because her sister, Holly Montag, comes to visit from Colorado.¹²
