The Bourne Conspiracy Walkthrough

Introduction
- This is a detailed guide for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the video game The Bourne Conspiracy. In this guide, you will find a breakdown of Bourne's capabilities, information where to find each hidden passport, a step by step look at each of the eleven levels, helpful tips for the boss fights and achievement advice.
- NOTE: Any button notation in this guide will indicate the Xbox 360 controller followed by those for the PS3.
Jason Bourne Skill Set
- Similar to Ludlum's novels and the three corresponding movies, Jason Bourne is as lethal with his fists as he is with a firearm.
- Bourne can carry two firearms at any given time, a pistol and a large weapon such as a machine gun or shotgun.
- Bourne has one particular advantage in the game called the Bourne Instinct. By pressing Y / Triangle during non-combat or a firefight, enemies will appear on the radar as well as glow for a few seconds. It also causes items such as weapons and passports to glow.
- Bourne also has the ability to react to quick action instances during the game. These come in the form of on-screen, random button prompts and usually end in a high-adrenaline moment to end the action.
- Hold down Right Bumper / R2 to sprint. Bourne can sprint into unlocked doors to bash them open. Locked doors can be picked by holding down A / X.
Fistfights
- Tap X / Square to execute a light, fast punch. Tap Y / Triangle to execute a powerful, slow punch. Holding down each button will cause Jason to pause to charge up a kick maneuver.
- Hold A / X to block incoming attacks, essential in the completion of boss fights.
- As Bourne successfully lands punches, the blue adrenaline meter in the bottom right corner of the screen will increase. The meter is split into three tiers and is identical to the red health meter to the left.
- Once the adrenaline meter reaches the first tier, press B / Circle to perform a takedown. This brings up a quick action button prompt. Hit the corresponding button and Bourne will disable the enemy in one hit.
- When fighting multiple enemies, a three-tier takedown can be performed when the adrenaline meter has reached its maximum. Press B / Circle and three consecutive quick action prompts to off multiple enemies at once.
- To attempt a sprinting takedown, hold the Right Bumper / R2 to sprint and the B / Circle button when approaching an enemy.
Hand to Hand Combos
- Bourne has eight punching combinations available to him. All of the combos require the use of three buttons and only use the fast / strong attack buttons. Enemies adapt to Bourne using the same combo of punches repeatedly, so it's advised to switch up combos consistently.
- Fast, Fast, Fast: X,X,X / Square, Square, Square This attack is weak, but has a high probability of landing. It works well against equally quick opponents.
- Slow, Slow, Slow: Y,Y,Y, / Triangle, Triangle, Triangle This attack is very powerful, but often gets blocked due to the slow movement. It works well against slow bosses like Solomon.
- Slow, Fast, Fast: Y,X,X / Triangle, Square, Square This attack is excellent for setting up a further combo. The first punch stuns the enemy and leaves him open to the two quick blasts.
- Slow, Slow, Fast: Y,Y,X / Triangle, Triangle, Square This attack is an excellent follow up move to a previous combo. The slow nature of the combo requires extra time to prepare, best used when an enemy is dazed.
- Fast, Fast, Slow: X,X,Y / Square, Square, Triangle This attack uses a devastating uppercut that, if successful, allows time to setup up a quick follow-up.
- Fast, Slow, Slow: X,Y,Y / Square, Triangle, Triangle This attack is tough to land, but the final roundhouse kick is worth the risk. If it lands, Bourne has plenty of time to charge up a follow-up kick or roll into another combo.
- Slow, Fast, Slow: Y,X,Y / Triangle, Square, Triangle This attack is useful for putting some distance between Bourne and the enemy to recharge. The final kick to the enemy's abdomen sends them into serious pain.
- Fast, Slow, Fast: X,Y,X / Square, Triangle, Square This attack is similar to the previous attack, both leaving the enemy clutching their midsection.
Firefights
- Tap the Left Bumper / L2 to draw Bourne's weapon. Tapping the button a second time will switch between weapons. Finally, holding the same button will holster the weapon.
- To fire the weapon, press the Right Trigger / R1. To reload the weapon, press X / Square.
- To take cover during a firefight, press A / X when Bourne nears a cover object. To leave cover, press the same button.
- Bourne can move left and right while in cover with the left directional stick. To fire from cover, hold down the Left Trigger / L1.
- Bourne can fire at destructible objects such as exploding barrels or cars to kill enemies in the blast. These objects can often be located by using Bourne Instinct.
- The takedown system also works with firearms. Press B / Circle to perform a shooting takedown. Hit the corresponding quick action button and Bourne will kill the enemy in one shot.
Behind the Wheel
- Similar to the first movie, Bourne will be racing through the streets of Paris with Marie in a Mini Cooper. The game uses an extreme arcade feel to the controls, similar to Sega's Crazy Taxi.
- Steer the vehicle by using the Left Stick. Accelerate by holding down Right Trigger / R1. Slow the car by holding down Left Trigger / L1.
- To use the emergency brake, press B / Circle. By holding down this button, Bourne can control corner slides.
- The health meter has been replaced with an evasion meter. By evading the chasing police cars, the meter will stay low. Once it reaches the maximum, Bourne will be arrested.
- The adrenaline meter works as a bullet-time mode. Hold down Y / Triangle to slow down time and react to oncoming traffic.
- The radar indicates navigational objects with a green diamond shape. Objectives are marked with a green X shape. Enemy vehicles are marked with an orange dot.
Dangerous Beginning
Level 1
- CUTSCENE: The campaign opens with an overhead shot of Bourne floating in the Mediterranean Sea. It kicks into a flashback two days earlier, with Bourne waking to prepare for an early assassination of Wombosi. Conklin wants Bourne to track down a shady character named O'Connor for a way into Wombosi's inner circle.
- Bourne starts in the streets of Marseilles.
- TIP: Turn right and pick up the first passport of the game in the dead end of a nearby alley. (1/5)
- Head straight ahead from the starting point and turn on Bourne Instinct when prompted. Note the glowing man to the right and the direction he travels.
- TIP: Turn left to spot a large staircase leading up to a dead end. The second passport on the level is located at the top of the stairs on the left. (2/5)
- TIP: Before Bourne pursues the suspect, note the 3rd passport on the right sitting between the bench and Mastercard Paypass sign in the main street. (3/5)
- As Bourne pursues the suspect, he will be ambushed by an dockworker. Fight him using the supplied combos.
- Turn on Bourne Instinct to locate the nearby door to enter. This will lead into a small, dingy bar. While walking though, Bourne will be ambushed by the bar patrons. Click the takedown button when prompted and fight off the remaining 3 enemies using combos and takedowns.
- TIP: A passport is located in the bar; sitting on a table of a booth in the back. (4/5)
- Leave the bar and hit the quick action button when prompted to avoid gunfire. Head back out the way you entered to encounter two more thugs. Perform a multi-takedown when prompted.
- Follow O'Connor around the corner and hit a two button quick action event to avoid an exploding crane. Follow him up the stairs to fight off an enemy brandishing a club. After watching the explosion, perform a sprinting takedown on the following enemy when prompted.
- TIP: The final passport for this level is to the right of the stairs that O'Connor runs up; near the wall. (5/5)
- Use Bourne Instinct to find your way around the twisting hallways and locate O'Connor's hideout.
Kill O'Connor: Boss Fight
- The key to taking down O'Connor is quick attacking and using the block feature regularly. He relies on roundhouse kick combos; slow, but very painful if landed.
- NOTE: O'Connor's health meter in the bottom left corner will give you a status update of Bourne's progress.
- Use takedowns immediately when enough adrenaline is available. Also, look for the glowing book on the table for some extra damage in your takedown.
- When O'Connor's health falls to 50%, he will jump out the nearby window. Follow him across the rooftop and up to the neon sign to continue the fight.
- NOTE: O'Connor (and every other future boss) has the ability to do takedowns on Bourne. They are easily countered with a quick action button.
- Finish the battle by countering his attacks and using takedowns of your own. It's the quickest boss battle of the game.
- CUTSCENE: Bourne informs Conklin of O'Connor's death and decides to infiltrate Wombosi's yacht via the docks.
Shipyard Infiltration
Level 2
- Sneak up behind the first guard and take him down stealthy when prompted. Draw Bourne's silenced pistol and kill the second guard directly ahead from a distance. Run to the end of the dock and use cover, when prompted, to take out a third guard smoking by a metal gate.
- TIP: After beating up the civilian in black, run around the first wooden shack on the left to find the first passport. (1/10)
- Pick the lock of the shack on the left and beat up the guard inside. The first ammo crate of the game is located inside.
- Follow the dock path to beat up two mechanics and a guard. At this point a helicopter will be chasing and firing at Bourne. Sprint to the nearby gate and shoot the two armed guards quickly to escape inside a nearby shack for cover.
- TIP: A passport can be found beyond the two shacks in a small alcove behind some boxes. (2/10)
- Race along the dock to the end of the platform and click the action button when prompted. Bourne will leap along the boat and a quick action instance will pop up to evade the fire.
- While using cover, wait until the helicopter reaches a fixed position and shoot the propane tank beneath it. Repeat the boat leaping maneuver and race down the dock to find the next propane tank to shoot. After it blows up, fire on the 3 shooting guards along the dock path.
- TIP: Once Bourne has reached the warehouse section, look to the left before climbing the stairs. There's a passport at the end of the dock behind a crate. (3/10)
- Race up the stairs, around the wooden platform and quickly takedown the enemy that pops out of the wooden door. Head inside and the Solomon mini-encounter will occur.
- NOTE: Pay attention to the prompts during the Solomon mini-fight. Use charged kicks / takedowns to finish this battle quickly.
- After sending Solomon for a swim, pick the lock and head back outside. Run around the dock and shoot the propane tank from the opposite side to quickly destroy the helicopter within minimal damage to Bourne.
- TIP: Passport 4 can be seen while Solomon screams at his men. It's to the right in a small alcove. (4/10)
- Creep around the dock to kill 6 roving guards and head into the warehouse. Bourne will be jumped by a flash grenade and 3 men. After fighting them off, rip out that gun to quickly shoot the two armed guards running into the warehouse.
- TIP: A passport is located to the right as Bourne leaves the warehouse; behind a wooden crate. (5/10)
- Head up the wooden stairs into the boathouse to kill three armed guards. Try shooting the explosive containers for quick kills. Wait behind cover as two more guards race inside. Kill them and head downstairs.
- TIP: A passport is located directly under the wooden stairs Bourne enters on in the boathouse. It's hiding behind a cement rail guard. (6/10)
- Three guards will advance on Bourne as he exits the boathouse. It's much easier to shoot them than waste time fighting.
- TIP: A passport is located under a red, rusting boat as Bourne travels around the junkyard. (7/10)
- Six guards will attack Bourne when entering the parking lot. Perform your first shooting takedown when prompted. Kill the rest from nearby cover by going for headshots or explosive kills from the nearby cars. Head down to pick the locked door and prepare to kill a guard perched above. Fight / Shoot the 3 guards turning the corner.
- Pick the second lock and head to the left to kill two more shooting guards. TIP: A passport is located to the left of the upcoming shack; near some barrels. (8/10)
- Circle around the shack to kill 4 guards, the most dangerous of which is perched on the roof with a machine gun. TIP: Passport 9 can be found at the end of the dock on the left. (9/10)
- Continue along the path and a guard will hop out from behind a shack to surprise Bourne. Go through the metal gate to kill the guard with the shotgun. Pick up the shotgun and tap on the computer to trigger more guards.
- Kill the four guards hiding behind cover easily with the newly acquired shotgun and circle around the dock. Another guard will try to initiate a fistfight, but he can be easily shot. TIP: The final passport can be found on the opposite side of the last shack. (10/10) Kill the last guard and race to jump on the boat.
Fight Solomon: Boss Fight
- As the enemy boats approach, Bourne will be faced with fighting five scrubs before facing Solomon. Be liberal in using takedowns.
- Similar as before, use charged kicks to build up Bourne's adrenaline meter. Solomon gives you plenty of time to react after a series of slow punches.
- Combos using slow attacks are also useful toward the end of the battle as Solomon becomes very sluggish.
- After wearing down Solomon enough, he will throw Bourne off the boat and the level will end.
Assassinate Wombosi
Level 3
- As the level opens, the two men in the conversation can be easily sniped from cover. The third man will come running around the corner when the bodies are discovered.
- Continue along the hallway into the engine room. Pop the repairman in the head and quickly take out the guard who didn't appreciate it. The red panel to the right will disable the ship alarm. Enter the next room to snipe the patrolling guard.
- Once Bourne hits the red boat release button, all hell will break loose. Two men will appear from a door on the left and 5 more guards will appear above Bourne's position.
- TIP: A passport sits at the end of the hallway where the two men appear after hitting the boat release. (1/10)
- Be quick about taking out nearby guards with the machine pistols. Also, leave the machine pistols on the ground if you are good with head shots. It's far too inaccurate to use on a regular basis.
- When entering the kitchen, be wary of the guard with a shotgun. A shooting takedown would be perfect to use at this point. Bourne can then fight off the cooks in peace.
- TIP: There is a passport in the freezer across from the kitchen. (2/10)
- After killing the two men in the mess hall, grab the shotgun and feel free to unload all the ammo on the five guards waiting in the hallway. There is an ammo crate nearby to refill the shotgun.
- TIP: There is a passport at the end of the hallway of guards; sitting on a set of wooden boxes in a room on the left. (3/10)
- Continue downstairs and fire upon the breaker box on the left to open the door. Bourne will be in another similar hallway with three guards to take care of.
- TIP: There is another passport in that hallway; it's sitting in a little room on the left. (4/10)
- After traveling back upstairs, be wary of the guard firing from outside the bar. #TIP: After watching the mini-cutscene, the fifth passport is located in the poker room immediately to the right. (5/10)
- Using the shotgun, race through the following hallway to take down the 3 guards quickly. Try shooting the man working on the helicopter before entering the outside deck. Fight off the remaining three men with takedowns to avoid possible gunfire from the two remaining armed guards.
- TIP: A passport is on the deck behind the helicopter. It's sitting near the railing. (6/10)
- After disabling the helicopter and hitting the quick action button, be ready to fight off four armed men from cover. The pistol works better than the shotgun in this section. Rearm with the shotgun to make easy targets of the five men in the bar.
- TIP: There is a passport located on the first floor of the bar on a table, immediately to the right as Bourne enters. (7/10)
- As Bourne heads upstairs to the pool area, use the pistol to snipe off the four men waiting on the pool deck. TIP Go to the opposite side of the pool deck to find a passport near a potted plant. (8/10)
- Continue into the next room to face the general. Fighting off the general is very simple, just use plenty of takedowns and block his pitiful attacks.
- TIP: After collecting the general's gun, head to a nearby open room across from his office. A passport will be on the floor. (9/10)
- Head up into the control room and take out the little resistance along the way. There's another breaker box to destroy as well as a security phone to use. Prepare for the final boss fight of this level.
- TIP: The final passport is located in a small alcove next to the staircase that leads to the final boss fight. It's after the control room, by the way. (10/10)
Kill Solomon: Boss Fight
- Strategy to beating Solomon hasn't changed at this point. He's still very sluggish and even Bourne's slow attacks land 70% of the time. Use the bar and masks to get the full impact of the takedowns.
- CUTSCENE You will be treated to watching the failed Wombosi assassination, the surgery scene on the boat in the Mediterranean Sea and Bourne's return to Zurich Switzerland fighting the policeman in the park. This triggers a flashback to an assassination of a man named Divandelen that Bourne performed the last time he was in Zurich.
Eliminate Divandelen
Level 4
- In the parking garage, build up adrenaline as quick as possible to pass through each section with quick takedowns of the eight police officers. TIP: Once you get to the second floor of the garage, take the stairs in the center back up to the third floor. A passport is sitting at the top of the stairs. (1/10)
- After the jailbreak cutscene, use the cover of the concrete posts to evade gunfire. There are four masked men to kill, including one with Bourne's first machine gun.
- TIP: Before exiting outside, check the luggage to the left of the exit. There will be a passport in the middle of the mess. (2/10)
- Out on the street, try to say behind anything other than cars for cover. Enemy machine guns will cause massive explosions if you hide behind cars.
- NOTE: When using any of the machine guns, aim shoulder level rather than at the enemy chest level. The natural upward pull of the gun will allow for more headshots.
- TIP: There is a passport on the far left portion of the street shootout. It's located on the sidewalk near some empty luggage carts. (3/10)
- Be ready to fire upon the two men waiting when the automatic door opens and the two that pop out as you ascend the automatic stairs. TIP: A passport is on the ground in the last phone booth on the right side of the room.
- Having enough adrenaline to take out the three guys holed up in the next section also helps. TIP: There is a passport located in the section that looks like a bunker; before you head back downstairs. (5/10)
- Trade out machine guns for more ammo before heading into the next section. Also, have enough adrenaline for one quick takedown as a thug will jump you while under fire from others.
- Progress down the hallway killing seven masked men. Use the car as an explosive object when the time is right. TIP: There is a passport behind a counter in the CD shop on the left. (6/10)
- As Bourne moves around to the opposite side of the room, be ready for a sniper to appear on the far upper left as Bourne passes through the bar. Unless you take out the sniper quickly, Bourne will be dead within seconds. There are also seven other thugs to kill along the way.
- Head up the stairs and turn quickly to kill the two enemies. As Bourne travels into the next section, two men will jump through a glass window. Use takedowns to end it quickly and head through the window to kill two men hiding in an information booth. TIP: A passport is on the floor inside that information booth. (7/10)
- Don't worry about the men moving Divandelen to the tram. They can be shot through the glass, but it's pointless. Take out the two men that walk up the escalator and head down to a three man brawl. After the fight, perch Bourne at the top of the stairs to take down the three shooters from above.
- At the bottom of the stairs, use cover in the area to creep toward the tram entrance and kill the six men in the process. Be ready for a quick action button to jump on the tram.
- Progressing through the tram is easy, just switch out to the shotgun in the first car and use the cover on either side if you run into trouble. There are typically 3 to 5 men in each car to kill. TIP: There is a passport sitting on the right side of the fourth tram car. It's near the door. (8/10)
- After fighting off that poor excuse of a mini-boss, head outside the tram and start down the tunnel. Be wary of the passing train that rolls through every 30 seconds. It's instant death for Bourne, so use the nearby cubbyholes to hide.
- There are six men to kill in the tunnel section and one perched above on the left as Bourne exits. TIP: If you walk to the end of the tunnel, a passport is on the ground to the right. (9/10)
- After heading up the metal stairs, pop the explosive barrel to kill the enemy with the shotgun and wait for the other gunman to walk around for your headshot. There are plenty of explosive barrels and cars in the upcoming section, so fire away.
- TIP: The final passport on the level is in the airplane hanger to the left of the white van. After collecting it, be ready to fight off several masked men that jump Bourne. (10/10)
- As Bourne turns the corner at the white shipping crate, be ready for a enemy to jump out for fighting purposes. He's quickly disposed with a headshot. Use any remaining adrenaline to do shooting takedowns on the remaining men as you can't take it on the plane with you. After everyone is disposed of, avoid the rocket blast and race to the plane.
Kill Divandelen: Boss Fight
- Once on the plane, you have to go through two mini-fights and one quick action button instances to get to Divandelen. Use all the takedowns you can as the meter is reset for the boss fight.
- Divandelen can be a pain if you let him. He's no particularly strong, but he is quick and resilient. Don't try to string combos together as he will snap out of dazes quick.
- Block is your best friend in most cases as well as using takedowns at the porper time. If you need health, be cautious and use a takedown when the screen starts blinking red. Also, be sure to use the fire extinguisher as an environmental takedown for extra damage.
- Don't get freaked out when he pulls the knife. He's actually getting more sluggish at that point in the fight.
- Be ready for a quick action event at the end of the fight. If you miss it, time to reload the entire boss fight.
- After he is finished, Bourne has 20 seconds to grab a parachute and escape the crashing plane.
Escape the Embassy
Level 5
- CUTSCENE: Bourne is visiting the bank in Zurich and flees to the American Embassy for protection. Bourne sees Marie arguing with the authorities, but has enough problems to deal with when he's told to freeze.
- Take down the surrounding security personal with a 3 tier takedown. Start sprinting away from the shooting soldiers and Bourne will avoid their fire. Take a left down the hallway until you reach the officer for a quick brawl.
- TIP: The first passport of the level is sitting in front of monitors in the security room next to the officer Bourne just knocked out. (1/5)
- Head up the stairs and sneak up behind the guard with his back to Bourne. Perform a stealth takedown and continue sprinting down the hallway. Beware of the soldiers that explode out of the glass door the right.
- At the end of the hallway, disable the officer and head up another flight of stairs. TIP: Be sure to grab the passport sitting on the nearby bench before heading up those stairs. (2/5)
- At the top of the stairs, pick the lock and wait while the soldiers file out into the hallway. After the mini-cutscene, race across the hall to face off against the sergeant. This battle should be very simple based on the past bosses.
- TIP: After disabling the sergeant, pick up the passport sitting outside his office on the bench to the right. (3/5)
- Continue across the balcony and be ready for a quick action event. It's also a good idea to build up adrenaline with the fight before the wire climb for upcoming battles. Scale the wire and shimmy to the opposite side.
- Knock out the attacking soldier with a takedown and hit the quick action button to avoid the sniper fire. Finish off the final two soldiers and head for the glass ceilings on the right to escape the snipers.
- Once back inside, take the first hallway to the left and enter the room marked 0083 Server Room to find the circuit panel that opens the closed gates. Be ready to fight a solider after using the panel. TIP: A passport is located in the back of the server room on the floor. (4/5)
- Exit to the right and start sprinting to avoid gunfire. There will be two more enemies to fight before a quick action event at the next security room. After going through the next door, Bourne will be attacked by a solider with a billy club.
- TIP: Grab the last passport in that room. It's sitting on a desk near a copier. (5/5)
- Use Bourne Instinct liberally throughout the next portion to see the upcoming checkpoints while sprinting. Otherwise, you will be surrounded by firing soldiers. Follow the checkpoints to the end of the level.
- CUTSCENE: Bourne escapes from the embassy and scales down the wall. Marie gives him a ride to Paris and they enter Bourne's apartment. Bourne picks up a passport and begins to remember something.
Silence Rurik
Level 6
- CUTSCENE: (Interactive, pick up that controller!) Bourne is setting up a sniper shot at a University in Vilnius, Lithuania. He ends up taking down one sniper and four bodyguards before killing the target in a moving car. Bourne exits through the window and barely escapes to a nearby ledge.
- Race through the university hallways until you reach the bathroom. Fight off three men and leave quickly before getting shot by your pursuers. TIP: In an upcoming chemistry lab, you will find a passport behind a desk next to the supply locker. (1/10)
- Continue through the maze of rooms, fighting off two more officers, until a quick action event occurs and Bourne is temporarily safe. Sneak up behind the officer in the security room to perform a stealth attack. After grabbing a shotgun, be prepared for 3 men to shoot at Bourne from the glass outside.
- TIP: Take a left out of the security room and head down the hallway the soldiers appeared from. There is a passport at the end under a window. (2/10)
- Move slowly through the chemistry labs and use the bottles of flammable liquid to set fire to the four incoming soldiers. Be wary of an exit outside between buildings as men will be shooting Bourne from below while you fight on a balcony.
- Move back inside and directly into another fistfight between two men. Head downstairs and have your weapon drawn to kill a firing soldier. TIP: Upon leaving the stairs, look immediately to the left to find a passport on the floor behind a desk. (3/10)
- Upon exiting to the courtyard, use the cement posts to protect Bourne from the incoming fire. Work up and down the hallway to clear the area of enemies. There will be about 8 to 10 enemies to kill before the APC shows up.
APC versus Bourne: Mini-Boss Fight
- Lots of people will have a difficult time of this battle. The APC can rip Bourne to shreds in mere seconds, so it's important to have a battle plan.
- After hitting the quick action event to protect Bourne, use the middle stone statue for protection at all times. Start by creeping around the statue, listening to the timing of the APC gunfire and looking for shooting angles.
- Switch to a machine gun and pop out to fire at the APC during the reload time. Use Bourne Instinct to find the glowing red gas can on the side of the APC and fire away.
- After the gas can explodes, a metal portion of the APC will be destroyed. It reveals a set of red gas tanks. Similar to the previous method, shoot at the tanks during the reload time. The APC will explode after unloading a couple magazines of bullets into the tanks.
- TIP: After the APC is destroyed, head to the left side of the plaza to a set of stairs and green double doors. A passport sits at the top of the stairs. (4/10)
Back to Silencing Rurik
- TIP: Look to the right when entering the computer room to find another passport under a desk. (5/10)
- After taking out the APC, head through the computer room into the library and stealth kill the enemy at the top of the stairs. Four more soldiers will appear to swarm Bourne's position, but there is plenty of cover to protect him. At the top of the stairs, dispatch three more enemies.
- TIP: After ascending the stairs, look for the passport on the right behind some bookshelves and sitting on a table. (6/10)
- Dispatch four more soldiers before heading back downstairs. I'd stick with the machine gun over the shotgun for the remainder of the level. The security panel is to the right. Disable it and the door opposite the panel with open.

- When exiting the building, be ready for a quick action event to avoid sniper fire. The sniper is easily killed by Bourne when using the truck as cover. Dispatch the enemy on foot by shooting the nearby car.
- TIP: Directly across from the door you exited from during the sniper attack, there is a passport sitting on a bench behind large bushes. (8/10)
- Head toward the cars to trigger two more enemies and use the cars to kill them via explosions. Be wary when turning the corner as another sniper is perched in a window. After popping the sniper, a truckload of men appear. Use the nearby cars to destroy most of them.
- Near the truck, another sniper will be taking potshots at Bourne. Use a shooting takedown before the courtyard fills up with more enemies. Use Bourne Instinct to creep through the courtyard and take out all 5 men.
- TIP: There is a passport near a stack of firewood in a far corner of the courtyard. (9/10)
- Head into the distillery and kill two men; one in the control room and the other above Bourne. TIP: Pick up the final passport before hitting the button to destroy the distillery. It's near the conveyor belt. (10/10)
- After the button is hit, all hell breaks loose! Bourne has a little over a minute to escape. Two enemies will approach from the left and two will pop out of the exploded door. Try to keep your distance otherwise Bourne will be in a fistfight while the other soldier is tearing into him with a firearm. Race upstairs to escape the insanity.
Castel Fight
Level 7
- NOTE: There are no passports on this level.
- CUTSCENE: Marie tries to use the phone in Bourne's apartment and all the Treadstone agents are called in to attack Bourne. A blond assassin named Castel crashes through the apartment window.
- This is the most difficult boss fight thus far. Castel is extremely powerful and incredibly fast with his attacks. He also blocks nearly every punch Bourne can throw during the first half of the fight.
- The key to winning this boss fight is patience. Bourne should only attempt attacks in the early stages after countering a takedown from Castel. Otherwise stick to the block button.
- Use combos that end with a dazed state. If successful, it's perhaps the only time Castel can be hit in succession.
- Never attack with the same combo as the previous time. He will immediately block any attack that's repeated.
- When Castel pulls the knife, be sure to move toward the desk for Bourne's next takedown. Similar to the movie, Bourne will grab the letter opener and stab it into Castel's hand. Castel will drop the knife at that point.
- Once Castel's health starts to fall below 25%, feel free to try attacking when you feel comfortable making an attempt. Castel becomes sluggish and starts failing to block all of Bourne's punches.
- Similar to most boss fights, beware of a quick action event to end the fight.
Paris Chase
Level 8
- NOTE: There are no passports on this level.
- CUTSCENE: Bourne tells Marie to get out of the car. Marie refuses and the chase begins.
- Navigate the car to the tunnel marked on the radar. Feel free to use the alleyway, but the police cars are fairly incompetent to being with. As Bourne approaches the tunnel, Marie will notice it's blocked. Drive around the streets until Marie says to go check the tunnel again.
- At the tunnel, a quick action event will occur. If completed successfully, the timed portion of the drive will occur. It's a checkpoint based system, so check the radar continually for navigation updates.
- Bourne Instinct becomes available for slowing down the reaction time, but again, the course is already very easy to complete.
- Follow the arrows on the course to stay on track. Make sure to hit the china shop for a slight shortcut.
- Take the parking garage to the top level and use a ramp to launch the car onto a nearby terrace.
- Once Bourne hits the one way street, this will head into the final stretch of the drive. The objective changes to beating an oncoming train through a series of quick action events.
Disarm Renard
Level 9
- CUTSCENE: Jason tells Marie that she can never go back. The scene cuts to the hotel where Jason and Marie start making out during her haircut. In the morning, Jason sees himself in the mirror and suddenly kicked into a flashback of a 6 month old Paris mission.
- TIP: As soon as the level opens, turn left and head down the hallway. There is a passport on the bench to the left. (1/10)
- Head to the right hallway in the large room and shimmy up the piping. Security guards will be patrolling below and above, so either use stealth to sneak through or just pound away.
- TIP: After coming down the stairs, pick the lock on the left to open a security room. There is a passport sitting on the floor to the right. (2/10)
- Head up the twisting staircase to come across a dead body and a cool laser gate. Pick the lock on the door ahead to be treated to an assassination. Bourne will be jumped by two men, kid's stuff at this point in the game. Pick the next lock to continue.
- Three men will jump Bourne, but try to conserve enough adrenaline for 1 takedown. As Bourne progresses, he will be attacked by a man on foot while enemies shoot from above.
- TIP: In this large room, there is a passport hiding behind the dividing wall next to a sculpture. (3/10)
- Head into the room with the scaffolding. TIP: There is a passport to the left of the scaffolding on a set of paint cans. (4/10)
- Follow the armed gunman up the scaffolding and shimmy across the pipe attached to the ceiling. Follow him into the locked door. TIP: As Bourne enters through the locked door, turn right instead of left. A passport sits at the end of the hallway behind a planter. (5/10)
- Bourne will face off against the masked gunman in a fistfight. Just keep pummeling him and using takedowns to smash the man's head against the gear statue. Pick the upcoming lock and sit back to watch Renard. Perform a stealth takedown on the upcoming guard and head into the warehouse.
- TIP: After heading into the warehouse and walking down the stairs, check behind the white/orange crane for another passport. (6/10)
- Bourne will approach two men in the warehouse, one of which will be shooting at him. If you have enough adrenaline, take down the fighting guard quickly. Otherwise, keep him between Bourne and the shooting man for cover. Bourne can pick up his silenced pistol. (Finally!)
- Use Bourne Instinct to find the crates to search. At the cutscene, Renard will be assassinated by a man named Azar. A shootout will occur between Renard's security and the buyer of the weapon. Use cover while taking down the 3 armed men outside the cage.
- TIP: After leaving the cage, head up the stairs to the left and pick up a passport at the end of the walkway. (7/10)
- Grab a machine gun and head up the stairs to the right. Be prepared for a gunfight between two men on the upper level. Four more men will appear as Bourne circles around, so use the nearby statues for cover.
- TIP: After walking down the stairs, turn around to check the alcove under the stairs for another passport. (8/10)
- Two men will explode into the dining hall. Use the center dining table for cover while dispatching them. As Bourne approach the open door, allow the firefight between the two factions to play out before attacking. By the way, try to conserve adrenaline for an upcoming portion. Work your way around the room as there is plenty of cover for protection.
- TIP: After ascending the twisting stairs, head to the left on the upper level, past the deactivated laser grid, to pick up a passport. (9/10)
- As Bourne enters the closed door to the right of the stairs, immediately use that saved adrenaline for two takedowns. Otherwise, the third man will be constantly shooting at Bourne during the fight.
- After fighting off the group, masked men will descend from the glass ceiling in the following room. Use cover at the doorway to snipe the 3 men in front of Bourne and the 4 to the left. Travel downstairs and be prepared for three shooters popping out of the double doors at the far end of the hall.
- As Bourne exits to the outside, a timer will appear. Men will swarm Bourne's position, so head to cover quickly. Also try to conserve shooting takedowns to the snipers perched above Bourne.
- Be prepared for an flashbang ambush as Bourne turns a corner. Back up Bourne to the previous section to avoid gunfire and fight off the two men. Kill the third man with the shotgun and use shooting takedowns on the two snipers on the waterfall. There are only three remaining enemies to kill at this point
- TIP: The final passport for the level is located up the first flight of stairs near the waterfall. It's tucked away in a small cubby near a tree. (10/10)
- Race up the stairs and Bourne will disable the chopper & kill Azar in a quick cutscene.
Survive the Professor
Level 10
- CUTSCENE: Bourne and Marie head for her old boyfriend's house. They spend the night and the dog is missing in the morning. Bourne suspects foul play and tells everyone to get into the basement.
- Marie will be trapped by sniper fire from the Professor. Use Bourne Instinct to see the moveable object. Click the cupboard and a quick action event will occur. This scene will repeat in three rooms.
- TIP: The first passport is located in the kitchen, sitting on the bench next to the table. (1/5)
- Head upstairs to find the shotgun. It's located in the room to the right. TIP: A passport can be found in the room to the left behind a dresser. (2/5)
- Head back downstairs and through the house at the Professor shoots through the barricades. Walk outside, but be wary of the Professor's aim. Bourne's goal is to shoot the large propane tank to the left. Use cover to approach the tank and blast it with the shotgun.
- TIP: After shooting the tank, it's safe to collect to the passport. It's sitting at the top of a set of stairs next to the main house. (3/5)
- Head past the burning tank and into the alleyway. The Professor will fire upon the van to blow it up. TIP: A passport sits to the right of the exploded van. (4/5)
- Circle around the house and Bourne is directed to shoot the gas tank on the truck for cover. It's a good idea to shoot any explosive barrels in Bourne's running path as the Professor won't hesitate to do so. Repeat the same process of using cover to hide from the Professor while making your way to the truck.
- After shooting the truck, sprint past it and head into the woods. The Professor will be firing at Bourne, but not accurately. Be ready for a quick action event to escape the Professor's aim.
- As Bourne approaches the barn, be wary of exploding barrels in the pathway. Run up to the well and the car will explode. Head to the right side of the barn to enter it.
- TIP: The last passport sits on the ground across from the right side entrance to the barn. It's next to a bench. (5/5)
Kill the Professor: Boss Fight
- The first portion of the fight is a quick action event. Then a "This barn is going to collapse" timer pops up.
- As the real fight begins, be careful of the propane tanks around the perimeter of the upper level. Creep around the top of the barn and use Bourne Instinct to keep track of the Professor.
- Pop off shots at the Professor and try to keep the gun reloaded. After hitting him, don't shoot during one of his staggers. It's better to time the shots around his staggering. His aim is too deadly to waster time reloading.
- Use a shooting takedown to hit the bale of hay above. It will come crashing down on his head.
- The second portion is pure fighting. Notice that the timer drops dramatically. The secret to finishing off the Professor in time is to pummel him nonstop alternating 2 or 3 different combos. Don't worry about Bourne's health.
- Be sure to use the glowing chair for an extra damage takedown.
- If successful, Bourne will send the Professor flying out of the barn. Be ready for a quick action event after the Professor draws a knife. This will end the level.
Treadstone Safehouse
Level 11
- CUTSCENE: Jason calls Conklin and informs Treadstone that the Professor is dead. Conklin tries to manipulate Jason with Marie, but Jason lies about killing her. Jason demands a meet in Paris, specifically designed to bring the hunters to him.
- On the top of the rooftop, stealth kill the guard and use the zip line to take out the first sniper. After picking up the sniper rifle, a quick action event occurs to kill the remaining three snipers.
- TIP: The first passport of the level is on the same rooftop. It's behind a set of metal vents. (1/5)
- Work your way around the rooftop, leaping from section to section and fighting guards on the way. A silenced pistol will be located up ahead.
- TIP: After picking up the pistol, leap to the next rooftop. Turn around and a passport will be sitting next to the wall. (2/5)
- Move slowly on this rooftop as there are two snipers in the distance. Take your time lining up the first shot, but be ready to fire wildly for the second. After the snipers are down, six men will attack using silenced pistols. Use the cover in the area to evade their fire. After they are killed, head into the building via the glass ceiling.
- CUTSCENE: Bourne confronts Conklin and screams that Jason Bourne is dead.
- Use a takedown to dispatch the fighter quickly and hit the fire extinguisher directly ahead to kill the hiding shooter. At this point, be ready for a long fight down the circular staircase. Men will appear above and below Bourne as well as men coming off the elevator. Grab a machine gun or shotgun ASAP.
- Work your way down and stay away from the railing. A sniper is shooting from below. Once Bourne reaches the fistfight, you will have evaded all the shooter. Beat him up with several takedowns and be ready for a quick action event to ride his bullet riddled body to the floor below.
- After leaving the staircase fight, Bourne will be pinned behind a series of cars with men shooting at him. Use the cars as explosive tools to dispatch the enemy soldiers.
- TIP: After the firefight in the street, head to the left to pick up a passport. It's hiding in a small alcove next to a couple orange traffic cones. (3/5)
- As Bourne walks down the street, be ready to confront three shooters on the street and two snipers up above. Hide behind the black car and headshot each one.
- TIP: Head between the two white vans in the street to find a passport on the left sidewalk past the phone booth. (4/5)
- As Bourne enters the courtyard, watch the far right door for an incoming van. Fire upon the van to kill all its passengers before shooting the two men roving around the courtyard. Be ready for a quick action event directly after this happens.
- TIP: After clearing the courtyard, head to the right of the green gate to pick up the final passport of the game. It's next to a trash can. (5/5)
- After the soldier blows up the green gate with a rocket, clear the street of enemies using the cars for explosives and shooting takedowns. Don't worry about the rocket launcher guy if you successfully blew up the cars.
Kill Manheim: Boss Fight
- The first portion of the fight involves a shooting match between Bourne and Manheim. Use the plentiful cover to hide as Manheim's aim is deadly. Also, be sure to shoot into his cover when he moves into the church pews. He won't hesitate to return the favor.
- Continue firing at him until he retreats to the rear of the church. He will attempt to use an explosive tank to kill Bourne and the fight will exit to the outside.
- In the graveyard, use the same strategy as fist fighting Castel to defeat Manheim. He's not as quick as Castel, but he does chain attacks together very well.
- Use takedowns liberally and be on the lookout for the shovel in the rear of the graveyard for some extra damage in the takedown. Smashing his head against the tombs seems to help as well.
- As he becomes more sluggish, step up the attacks. The fight will eventually end with a quick action event, so be ready.
- CUTSCENE: Jason tosses Manheim off the terrace and leaves the scene. He finds Marie in a tropical paradise and they live happily ever...Well, just wait for the sequel.

The Bourne Conspiracy Achievement Tips
- There are 49 achievements available throughout the game, most of which can be knocked out in the first playthrough. If you followed the guide, you should have received all the mission complete achievements and the passport achievements for at least 25 completed and 400 gamerscore points.
- Treadstone Assassin: Having trouble beating the hardest level of difficulty for that coveted 100 gamerscore points? Go through the mission on Trainee and quit to the menu at the last checkpoint. The checkpoint can be reloaded on Assassin and full credit will be given for completing the level.
- Brawler, Pugilist, Heavyweight: Continue replaying the early levels on Trainee to gain these achievements. Make sure to avoid the takedown button at all costs.
- Need Glasses: Use the second level to send your accuracy percentage below 10%. There are tons of unlimited ammo boxes strewn about the level.
- Good Shot Clustering, Eye on the Target, Deadeye: With these percentage achievements, use shooting takedowns frequently as possible to boost the accuracy rating. Feel free to reload the last checkpoint if you run into a string of bad shots. The most popular levels to complete these are 2, 3, and 4.
- Fancy Shooter, Bullet Master: I recommend using level 2 for this mission. Once you reach the portion that prompts the shooting takedown option, keep reloading that checkpoint until you reach 200 deaths.
- Living Weapon, 30 Million Dollar Weapon, Wrecking Machine: Similar to the previous strategy, reload the opening sequence to level 5 until 200 is reached.
- Adrenaline Junkie, Civic Menace: Both achievements are likely to pop up the first time through the level. First, use up three full bars of adrenaline during the drive. This can occur over multiple run-throughs if needed. The other requires destruction of the cafe in the early portion, destruction of the china shop in the timed portion and destruction of 200 game objects such as plants, trees, lampposts, cars, etc.
