Texas Bowl
The Texas Bowl is an annual post-season American college football bowl game. Hosted at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas, the bowl hosts teams from the Big 12, Mountain West and Conference USA.1

History
The first Texas Bowl was played on December 28, 2006, and featured Rutgers, from the Big East, who defeated Kansas State, from the Big 12, 37 to 10. The TCU Horned Frogs won the bowl in 2007, taking down the Houston 20 to 13. The 2008 Texas Bowl will feature teams from the Big 12 and the Conference USA.1
