Temeka Rachelle Lewis
Temeka Rachelle Lewis is one of four charged with helping to operate the Brooklyn-based prostitution ring Emperors Club VIP. Among the service's clients was New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, who was identified on the organization's books as "Client 9."
Lewis faced federal charges along with three others for prostitution and tax crimes. On May 14, 2008, she pleaded guilty to charges of promoting prostitution and money laundering.1
