Tara Conner
Tara Conner is a beauty pageant titleholder and model. She was Miss USA 2006, Miss Kentucky Teen USA 2002, and Miss Kentucky County Fair 2004. In late 2006, Conner became involved in a scandal when news reports claimed she had been drinking and had tested positive for cocaine use. Though Conner was considered for dethronement, she was allowed to keep her title and entered a drug rehabilitation program.1

After Rehab
Upon leaving rehab Conner admitted to abusing cocaine and anti-depressants and expressed that her problems stemmed from childhood abuse. In 2008, Conner announced that she was writing a book about her life as Miss USA and her struggles with drugs and alcohol.
