Speedweeks
Speedweeks refers to a series of racing events that take place over a 4-week period at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida. It begins with the 24 Hours of Daytona, and features several other races including: the Daytona ARCA 200, the Daytona Twin 150s, also known as the "Gatorade Duel", the Daytona Budweiser Shootout, a NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race known as the "Chevy Silverado HD 250, and a NASCAR Nationwide Series race known as the "Camping World 300". It all leads up to the main event, the 2008 Daytona 500.

- The Daytona Twin 150s are a major portion of qualifying for the 2008 Daytona 500
- In 2007, there was an IndyCar Series open test held the week following the 24 Hours of Daytona, but there are no plans for an IndyCar race at Daytona in the future
