Scientists have found that the solar system is bent as the NASA Voyager spacecrafts enter the transition zone to the heliosphere.

The Termination Shock
The termination shock is the area at the edge of the solar system where particles from the sun collide with slower particles. By analyzing the difference between Voyager 1 and Voyager 2's trip through the termination shock, scientists made the discovery that the solar system was bent.1
