Plot Synopsis

In the middle of a hurricane, U.S. Marshals are called to investigate the disappearance of a patient from the Ashecliffe Hospital, a army facility turned hospital for the criminally insane. While searching the island they learn about the hospital's use of drugs and surgery as a means of mind control.
