The Brazilian version of Guinness World Records has awarded Sheyla Hershey with the record of the largest breast implants.

Eight breast enlargement surgeries have produced size FFF breasts for Hershey, and she plans to increase their size even more despite Texas state laws prohibiting her from fulfilling this desire.¹

In May of 2008, the Hollywood Insider arranged a meeting between Hershey and famed Los Angeles plastic surgeon Dr. Rey. After seeing her, he indicated he could not perform the surgery due to health risks.⁴

According to the American Guinness Book of World Records, Lolo Ferrari holds the record for the largest breasts with a bust size of 54G (and each breast weighing over 6 pounds). Ferrari died in 2000.⁵
