Sheen Richards Custody Battle
July 21, 2008: Denise Richards attempted to deny ex-husband Charlie Sheen access to their two daughters by filing an emergency order at the Los Angeles Superior Court. Richards was denied as Court commissioner Harvey A. Silberman reportedly did not find a compelling reason to change the current custodial arrangement.1
