Sean Kingston is an emerging reggae and hip-hop artist from Jamaica whose chart-topping, debut single "Beautiful Girls" borrows its main hook from Ben E. King's 1961 hit "Stand By Me."

Kingston's family moved to Jamaica from Miami, Florida when he was six years old. While growing up in Jamaica, Reggae legend and family friend Buju Banton took Kisean under his wing as a mentor. Kingston opened for Gwen Stefani on her 2007 tour and has been featured on a number of singles by artists ranging from Fergie to Lil Wayne.
