Early Life

Scott Andrew Caan was born in Los Angeles, California on August 23, 1976. In his youth he attended Beverly Hills High School, and then went on to study acting at Playhouse West in Los Angeles.

Pro Career

Caan's acting career started as a character actor in small movies. His breakthrough role came in the 1999 film Varsity Blues. He would follow that up with memorable roles in such films as Boiler Room, Gone in Sixty Seconds, and the Ocean's Eleven Films. He has established himself as a versatile character actor who can alternate between comedic and tough guy roles.
