Plot Summary
Mary (Jena Malone)'s is suddenly turned upside down once she finds out that her boyfriend is gay and she winds up pregnant. To further complicate matters, Mary's best friend, Hilary (Mandy Moore) is on a mission to get outsiders expelled from their Christian high school. When Hilary finds out that Mary is pregnant, Mary is ostracized and finds friendship with the school's fellow outcasts.
