Satyam and Fox News
Satyam has held as sole-provider contract with the World Bank for enterprise resource planning since 2003. In October, 2008, Fox News Channel reported that the World Bank computer systems had been hacked and a Satyam contractor or contractors was suspected.1
Fox reported that the World Bank shut down the off shore connection of Satyam. After Fox's report was released, the World Bank refuted the story, saying it was wrong and filled with errors and misinformation based on leaked emails.1
