The Ticket
Supporters of a McCain-Palin ticket for the Republican Party feel that Palin could bridge the gap between McCain and some of the conservative base he has been unable to reach.4
At the same time, they also feel like she would present a viable option for disenfranchised Clinton supporters following Clinton's loss of the Democratic Party nomination.5
