Moderate Stay: There are many moderately-priced lodging options within the city. Tryp Higienópolis, a Sol Melia hotel, is definitely one of those options. There are 252 rooms, all with amenities such as internet access, safes, mini-bars and 24-hour room service. Affordable Stay: Budget accommodations in the city range from hotel chains like Holiday Inn Express to hostels. The Marian Palace Hotel is a great value in an excellent location. Before booking be sure to call the hotel and ask about their many promotions they offer. If you are looking for an even cheap option, try one of the Hosteling International hostels in the city. The São Paulo Hostel is located downtown, while the Praça da Árvore Hostel is a bit further away from the main part of the city, but still within a safe neighborhood.
