Romney Endorses McCain

On February 14, 2008, former presidential candidate Mitt Romney endorsed John McCain for the Republican nominatation for president. Romney and Mccain ran competing campaigns for months, but the former governor of Massachusetts dropped out of the race shortly after the Super Tuesday contests.
