Roanne is the departure city for stage 19 of the 2008 Tour de France. On July 26, bikers will race a mostly flat 165.5 kilometers westward to Montluçon.2
Though there are no "classified climbs" on the route, the last 50 kilometers are "lumpy" according to Bikeradar.com.3
