Rape Charges
On March 24, 2008, Rockett was stopped at LAX airport, after a trip to New Zealand, and taken to jail for alleged rape. The sexual assault warrant was issued from Neshoba County, Mississippi.1
On July 2, 2008, the charges against Rockett were dropped after authorities determined that he was in the state of California, not Mississippi at the time of the alleged rape. Reportedly, a man named John Minskoff, who passed himself off as Rockett, is the true perpetrator of the crime.2
