Refrigerator Cookies Types
Almost any cookie dough can be shaped and chilled before baking, but certain high-butter recipes work extremely well with this method. Some of the most common recipes are sugar cookies, butter cookies, shortbread and korova cookies. If slicing dough with chocolate, nuts or dried fruit in it, be sure to use a very sharp knife.
