The book centers around a little boy named Tyrone who excels at monkey bars, math, and science but falls behind when it comes to reading. He thinks books are boring but his views on reading are soon changed when special guests stop by his class. Tyrone and his friends embark on an adventure that leads them to an unexpected place.
Portions of the proceeds from the sale of the book go towards Teach for America and The New Teacher Project.
