Ratatouille Food

Ingredients

• Olive oil
• Onion, thinly sliced
• Garlic, chopped
• Eggplant, diced
• Zucchini, sliced
• Tomatoes, halved and sliced
• Red bell pepper, sliced
• Bay leaf
• Salt and pepper

How to Make Ratatouille

1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the onions and fry for five minutes.
3. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
4. Add the eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, bell pepper, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and cook for one hour, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove the bay leaf, allow to cool, if desired, and serve.
