Quinton Jackson

Guide Note: Quinton Jackson is a mixed martial artist who currently fights for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He pursued traditional wrestling at Raleigh Egypt High School and throughout junior college before switching to mixed martial arts, with a starting record of 11-1. He originally fought for the PRIDE fighting championships, then signed with the World Fighting Alliance in 2006. His contract was acquired along with other WFA assets by the UFC at the end of 2006.
