Primoz Brezec was born in Postojna, Slovenia on October 2, 1979. In 2000, Brezec was drafted by the Indiana Pacers with the 27th pick in the NBA Draft. ¹

Pro Career

In his first season, Brezec appeared in 22 games for the Indiana Pacers. In 2004, Brezec was selected by the Charlotte Bobcats in the expansion draft. That same season Brezec averaged 13 points, 7.4 rebounds and 31.6 minutes in 72 games. In the 2007-2008 season, he was traded to the Detroit Pistons and then the Toronto Raptors.²
