Philip Agee

Phillip Agee was a CIA agent and author of the book, Inside the Company: CIA Diary. An outspoken critic of the United States foreign policy, Agee once said about his own involvement in CIA operations in Latin America, "The only glue that kept this system together was political repression. I was involved in this."¹ On January 7, 2008, Philip Agee died at age 72 in Havana, Cuba, following ulcer surgery.
