Philadelphia Experiment
The Philadelphia Experiment, also known as Project Rainbow, allegedly took place in 1943 at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Some claim that a U.S. Navy destroyer named the USS Eldridge was made invisible and then teleported to another location in Norfolk, Virginia, then back to Philadelphia.
By using Albert Einstein's unified field theory, Dr. Franklin Reno allegedly made the USS Eldridge disappear by bending light rays around the ship, therefore making it invisible.1
The U.S. Navy denies the story and claim no experiment of its kind has ever happened. Due to the Navy's denial, conspiracy theorists believe there is a cover up to hide the truth.1
