Peter Berg Lawsuit
Mike Papac and Michele Bell filed a lawsuit against Peter Berg for allegedly being involved in a fatal car accident that killed their son Nick Papac. Berg was reportedly a passenger in an SUV that was being driven by his assistant, Francis Keao, when they struck and killed 25-year-old Papac. Papac was reportedly in a golf-cart sized vehicle when he was hit.1
