PMOG

Guide Note:

PMOG stands for Passively Multiplayer Online Game. Using a Firefox plug-in players can gain experience by visiting web sites and other activities. Users can also create characters, form alliances (and of course enemies) and interact with web sites in a unique fashion. The game starts by selecting a character and faction, there are several to choose each with specific features. Users can then take (or create their own) PMOG missions. A mission is made up of several stops or light posts on the Internet, with the PMOG Firefox plug-in players are directed on a "tour" of 5-10 links related to the mission. Each stop can include a message from the mission creator or even a trap in the form of a mine. Players accumulate points for participating which can intern be used to purchase armor and weapons.
