The Offspring

The Offspring are a punk rock/pop band that started in Orange County, California in 1984. Their third album, Smash, became a huge hit and sold over 6 million copies in the United States, fueled by songs like "Come Out and Play" and "Self Esteem." Smash was no fluke—The Offspring continued writing hit songs for future albums, including "Pretty Fly (for a White Guy)," "Gone Away," and "Why Don't You Get a Job."
