Obama Getting Fresh

Guide Note:On April 10, 2008, while campaigning in South Bend, Indiana, Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama told a woman who he was posing for a picture next to that he "wasn't getting fresh" when his cell phone began vibrating in his pants pocket.

The Huffington Post reported that this was not the first time that month Obama had acted in a "flirtatious" manner on the campaign trail, citing a joke-filled and compliment-filled visit to a clothing manufacturer in Allentown, Pennsylvania, on April 1st.

Obama's cell phone comment drew laughter from the crowd.
