Guide Note: Morris Levin, a supporter of Barack Obama, has been ordered by Major League Baseball to cease and desist production of his team-logo-themed Obama shirts. The shirts said "Obama" in the lettering and format of the logos of popular baseball teams. Major League Baseball said they do not consider the alterations creative expressions of political speech free from legal action.
