Career

Lang began playing guitar at the at of 12, he released his first album at the age of 13 with his band The Big Bang. Kid Jonny Lang & The Big Bang released their independent debut, Smokin in 1995. The following year he signed a recording contract with A&M; Records. Lang recorded three albums for the label. His most recent album, Turn Around, won a Grammy for Best Rock or Rap Gospel Album.
