New Life Church Shootings
On December 9, 2007, Matthew Murray opened fire at the New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado. After shooting five people, Murray was shot multiple times by Jeanne Assam, a volunteer security guard at the church. Murray then committed suicide.1
