Nate Dogg
Hip-hop artist Nate Dogg is cousin to rapper Snoop Dogg and hip-hop artist Lil' 1/2 Dead. He, along with Snoop Dogg and Warren G, founded the group 213 in 1991.

Stroke
Nate Dogg suffered a stroke in December 2007, which left him temporarily paralyzed on the left side of his body. He was admitted to Pomona Valley Hospital in California where he stayed for several days. After his release, he was admitted to a rehab facility to work on the recovery of his motor skills.1
In September 2008, Nate Dogg suffered a second stroke. He reportedly has an assisted-breathing tube.
Arrest
Nate Dogg was arrested on June 23, 2008, in Los Angeles, California, after his ex-wife reported him for making death threats against her and following behind her too closely in his car on the San Diego freeway. The singer was taken to the Twin Towers jail in Los Angeles and booked for making terrorist threats and driving with a suspended license.2
