NFL Career
Nate Burleson was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the third round of the 2003 draft. Burleson spent his first three NFL seasons with the Vikings. After Randy Moss was injured during the 2004 season, Burleson became the top reciever, tallying over 1,000 receiving yards and catching 9 touchdown passes.2
After the 2005 season, Burleson signed with the Seattle Seahawks. In the opening game of the 2008 season, Burleson tore a ligament in his knee against the Buffalo Bills. The injury will cause him to miss the rest of the season.3
